The World’s Finest! Batman/Superman movie announced!!

Well, the dream team in comics will be together for the first time on the big screen. Director Zack Snyder announced at Comic-Con over the weekend that Batman will definitely be in his follow-up to “Man of Steel”. He said in a statement that he would be happy to work with Henry Cavill and can’t wait to expand the DC Universe into this next chapter. There are no clear details on the script or who will be portraying the Caped Crusader alongside Cavill. This is the first pairing of these two iconic characters outside of the animated movies. Currently, “Man of Steel” has brought in over $630 million worldwide, placing it behind Marvel’s “Avengers” which brought over $1.5 billion last year. The team-up is slated to be released in 2015, the same as the “Avengers” sequel. Oh, that’s gonna be a fun year.
