Well hello there Loli Poison, I see you’ve made it to our COSPLAY SPOTLIGHT!!!!!

Why do you cosplay?

I cosplay, because costumes have always been my passion in life. It just made since to combine my love for video games, anime, and costumes into my career.

What was your first cosplay?

My first cosplay was of Lulu from the Final Fantasy series.

Do you make your own cosplay costumes, if so, which ones, and how long does an average costume take to make?

Yes, I make all of my own cosplays. The amount of time they take greatly depends on the character, and how detailed their full outfit is. For instance, my Carmilla cosplay took 100 hours while my new Kiki cosplay only took 5 total.

What is your favorite character to play?

My favorite character to play probably has to be Mad Moxxi from Borderlands 2. She is sexy, dangerous, and so much fun.

Amongst animation, comics, movies, or video games, what is your biggest inspiration for cosplay?

My biggest inspiration for my cosplays is definitely video games and animation.

Have you ever made any mistakes that you’d warn a first timer about?

ABSOLUTELY. I have made loads of mistakes throughout my career in my cosplays. One being, never use air dry clay over a non shrinkable item, because it will severely crack as it dries. I suggest looking up as many tutorials as possible for how to make different cosplays and accessories. They are a huge help for when you get stuck on what to do next.
