What’s up, comic fans! DC and Warner Bros have finally released the official trailer for the upcoming film that focuses of one of Batman’s most disturbing villains – Clayface. The earlier teaser showed the dark direction that this film is going, and the newly released trailer is furthering that. This looks like it could be a good body horror film and who better to do it than Matt Hagen.
Synopsis: Matt Hagen’s meteoric rise from Gotham street kid to Hollywood leading man is tragically cut short when a local crime boss’s actions leave him horribly disfigured. Abandoned by his team and with nothing left, Matt seeks out a cutting edge treatment that miraculously returns him to his former self… but also unexpectedly affects his grip on reality, spiraling him down a destructive path of all-consuming revenge.
Clayface slides into theaters October 23, 2026.
