1) On what project are you currently working?
I am currently working on finalizing issues 5 and 6 of my main comic book, Odina, the follow-up to my Kandake issue #1. I also just completed production on my film which is a live adaptation spin off series called DRAFTED: Origins.

2) Whom in your field do you admire most and why?
For comics it was always Jim Lee, Jack Kirby, and Stan Lee. For film and TV, I definitely admire those like Issa Rae and Jordan Peele.
3) How did you get into the comic book field?
I was always a reader of comics but one day I was frustrated with how the books lacked certain characters. So I started working on my own and it went from there. Once I got the wheels in motion the universe started pointing me in this direction. I met up with my brothers at Konkret Comics (https://www.konkretcomics.com/), Jermael and Lonzo, and we’ve started working together on building our own universe and characters.
4) On which title would you most like to work and why?
Honestly, I love working on my books. I used to think I would love to create my own little X-Men team but nah. That feeling has passed honestly. LOL.
5) On what project will you be working next?
I am about to go into pre-production for Drafted Episode 2. We’re working on casting, breakdowns, and locations. I am also working on the miniseries Kandake.
