The 79 year old star of the CBS All Access series “Star Trek: Picard” asked Goldberg, 64, to reprise her role as Guinan for the show’s second season. A stunned Whoopi accepts the offer which was met with applause and cheers from the audience.

“Picard” star Patrick Stewart as now-retired USS Enterprise admiral Jean-Luc Picard whose quiet of his vineyard in France is interrupted and he goes out on one last mission. The show is set to premiere Thursday for a 10-episode run.
