Yup, the universe’s most (naturally) powerful villain is making a triumphant return in the next Dragon Ball Z film “The Resurrection of F”. This isn’t the first time Frieza has returned in the series but this comeback will be most defining. The two aliens sporting Frieza’s gear are known as Sorbet and Tagoma. These characters were designed by Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. They are survivors of Frieza’s who arrive on Earth with the purpose of using the Dragon Balls to revive their master. If you notice, Beebus from last year’s film “Battle of the Gods” is also featured in the poster. What role he plays is not yet known. Akira came up with idea of the title after listening to “F” by Japanese metal band Maximum the Hormone. Akira is credited for creation, concept and character design. Dragon Ball Z animation director Tadayoshi Yamamuro will direct the film. Frieza returns to torment the Z Warriors in April 2015.
