It has been thirteen months since the sci-fi manga “TerraFormers” ceased publication due to series creator Yu Sasuga needing to undergo treatment for an undisclosed disease. The manga’s possible return was announced back in December 2017. Now there is confirmation that the next combined 21st/22nd issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump will return April 26. Publication of “TerraFormers” stopped with Young Jump’s 15th issue back in March 2017.
TerraFormers began serialization January 2011, appearing in Shueisha’s Miracle Jump until the conclusion of the “Bug 2” arc. It has switched over to Weekly Young Jump in 2012. The series has been collected in 20 tankobon volumes and has over 16 million copies in print in Japan as of April 2016.
