Release date revealed for Attack on Titan Season Three Part Two!!

We knew it was coming back, now we know when. Pony Canyon began streaming a trailer for the upcoming second part of Attack on Titan Season Three that reveals that the show will begin airing April 28 on the NHK General channel at 24:10 (April 29 at 12:10 a.m.) Part Two sees the return of chief director Tetsuro Araki, director Masashi Koizuka, script supervisor Yasuko Kobayashi, character designer Kyoji Asano, assistant director Hiroyuki Tanaka, chief animation directors Kyoji Asano and Satoshi Kadowaki, and composer Hiroyuki Sawano, and the entire acting cast.

The anime first premiered April 2013. The second season followed in April 2017 and the first part of Season three premiered last July. Funimation acquired the rights to home release, video on demand and broadcasting in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Crunchyroll, Funimation and Hulu streamed the first part of Attack on Titan season three as it aired. Funimation streamed the English dub beginning August 2018.

Attack on Titan is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama. As of December 2018, the manga has 88 million tankōbon copies in print worldwide (78 million in Japan and 10 million outside of Japan), making it one of the best-selling manga series. It is currently collected in 27 tankōbon volumes.
