Yu-Gi-Oh X Beyblade Chapter 6 Pt.2!!

Gingka, Madoka, Yu, Kenta and Benkei marvel at the decorative interior of Uruborus Corporation building. Hieroglyphics and paintings line the walls of the grand hall. The torches fixed to the wall and decorated pillars bathed the hall in a soft orange glow. Statues of the Egyptian God Anubis act as pillars leading to another large room. Their unerring gaze put Kenta and Benkei in a state of unease. Madoka stops momentarily at a glass case containing what looked to be valuable Egyptian artifacts. Yu pops up next to her to get a glance before moving on. The group follows Yugi who seems to know the way.
“Hey Yugi, all that Egyptian stuff you were talking about,” Gingka asked as he cautiously pans the hall. He is feeling unsettled by the carved paintings that appeared to dance ominously.
“Yeah, Gingka,” replied Yugi.
Before Gingka answers, he quickly jumps back from a statue of an Anubian guard that appeared to leap out from the shadows at him. It took a moment for him to realize that he is being held off the ground. Then he notices that he is in Madoka’s arms. Gingka smiles sheepishly at her. “You’re pretty strong, Madoka,” he says rubbing the back of his head. She looks at him callously before dropping him on the ground. Kenta, Benkei and Yu laugh. Gingka gets to his feet. A look from Madoka tells him that an apology will be useless. He decides to resume his conversation with Yugi. “Anyway, is any of it true? Is Osiris really a god of some kind?” he says.
“Yes, he is. I know it’s difficult to believe and I don’t expect you to grasp it fully but my friends are in danger and I gotta help them,” Yugi says.
“And that’s what we’re here for!” Madoka piped up. Yugi shows his appreciation with a smile. “Still though, not of this creeps you out? How do you get used to this stuff?”
“Well, it’s no different than dealing with the Dark Nebula,” said Benkei.
“Yeah but Doji was just nuts. Hardly god worthy, unless you count his arrogance,” said Yu.
Yugi chuckles lightly at Yu’s remark. “Well, my grandpa used to be an archeologist. He’s traveled to all kinds of places and sometimes I went with him. In fact, that’s how I got the Millennium Puzzle. He figured that I might be able to solve it. It took some time before I finally put it together. And since then my life changed,” he tells them.
“So all of this is because your grandpa gave you an ancient mystery box?” Yu remarked cynically.
“Yeah I suppose. But you know, I don’t regret it. If it wasn’t for the Millennium Puzzle, I probably wouldn’t have made some really great friends, especially the Pharaoh,” Yugi said. Kenta recalls when Azeem referred to Yugi as the Pharaoh. Yugi explains. “Well he was referring to the Pharaoh Spirit. He has been very helpful.”
“How can a spirit be helpful? That would just give me the creeps,” said Benkei.
“I didn’t have much confidence in myself when I first started out in Duel Monsters and I was constantly being bullied in school. Then I met Yami when I finished putting the Millennium Puzzle together. And it’s because of him that I gained the confidence that I have now. He has helped through some pretty tough duels and taught me we can overcome any danger we face. Because of this we formed a strong bond and he’s become a really good friend,” said Yugi.
“Wow, he sounds like an awesome guy!” Gingka said.
“Yeah, it’d be nice to talk to him,” Madoka added.
“I’ll see what I can arrange,” Yugi said, looking over his shoulder at Yami’s spirit beside him smiling back. Just then, Kenta notices a light up ahead and alerts everyone. They quicken their pace. The door opens up to a massive arena. Giant statues of the Sun god Ra stand in the four corners of the arena, staring down with an imposing gaze. Torches, just like the hallway, illuminated the arena. At the opposite end from where they entered is a large iron gate and above that is a seating area. The bey stadium sat in the center. Gingka, Benkei, Kenta, Yu and Madoka look around in awe. The area looked more like an ancient battle ground than a Bey Stadium.
“So do we go in or what?” Benkei asked. No sooner than he finished his question that the iron gate slowly begins to clank open. Five figures enter the arena each dressed in lavish modern Egyptian garb. They immediately recognize Azeem ahead of the pack. The other four are a larger man wearing a dark clothes and a head dress, the woman next to him is dressed in a white outfit that simulated mummy wrap and gold necklace hung around her neck, and the last two women were elegantly dressed in royal garb. The taller of the them carried a staff adorned with an Ankh, a golden tiara on her head and dark outfit. The shorter woman wore a silver outfit with matching head dress, and gold bracelets on her wrists and upper arm. The group stands shoulder to shoulder on the opposite side of the Bey Stadium in the center of the arena with Akeem in the center.
“Man, look at these guys,” said Benkei.
“Yeah, they look like something out of Egyptian history,” Madoka added.
Yugi and Yami stare down the people across the ring. They can feel the intense presence emanating from them.
“Yugi. Be on guard,” Yami advised firmly.
“Right,” replies Yugi.
“I sense a stronger presence about.”
