Testament of Sister New Devil gets English cast and more dubs on the way from Funimation!!

As of late, Funimation has been cranking out the English dubs at break neck pace. They have announced the English cast for the action, harem series “The Testament of Sister New Devil, which is set to be released on DVD and Blue Ray just in time for Halloween.

The Testament of Sister New Devil tells the story of Mio Naruse and her sister Maria who come to live with Basara Tojo as his new step-sisters. However, the girls harbor a big secret. Maria is a succubus and Mio is the new Demon Lord. Basara also has a secret, he is a member of the Hero Clan whose job is hunting demons. The trio find a creative way to settle their differences. The home release of the series is set for October 31.

Funimation has a host of new English dubs and Simulcasts for the upcoming months.

The supernatural series “18if” will have new SimulDubs episodes Fridays @10am EST.
Haruto Tsukishiro wakes up in a dream world dominated by strange and powerful entities called “Witches”. To survive, he gets the assistance of research professor Katsumi Kanzaki and a mysterious white-haired girl called “Lily”. With their help, Haruto must outsmart the witches and find a way to return to the real world.

Like mechs and otaku, then get ready for “Knight’s & Magic”, set to premiere July 30 with new episodes every Sunday at 4pm EST. Knight’s & Magic is set in a world where medieval knights use giant robots called Silhouette Knights to fight against demon beasts, magical ravenous animals that devour everything on sight. The protagonist is Tsubasa Kurata, a mecha otaku from Japan who gets killed in a car accident. Tsubasa is reincarnated in this new parallel world as Ernesti “Eru” Echevallia, a boy born into a noble family. Tsubasa’s previous otaku memories inspire Ernesti into creating his own Silhouette Knight in order to defend his kingdom.

Dining out can be fun and entertaining, especially when the ogre next to you asks about your meal to begin small talk and the fairy is your waitress. This is Restaurant to Another World, the next SimulDub series to begin airing Wednesdays at 4pm EST. The Western Restaurant Nekoya is a restaurant situated in a mundane corner of an undisclosed Tokyo shopping district which offers non-Japanese cuisine, most of them from the Western hemisphere. It opens during usual business hours and closed during holidays and weekends. But secretly it is open on Saturdays, as on this particular day it creates doorways to another world inhabited by elves, dragons, animal men and other fantastic creatures, who enter the restaurant and partake on its menu, with all of them becoming regular patrons.

Now we all know that Akira Toriyama’s “Dragon Ball” series is inspired by the Chinese tale “Journey to the West.” Saiyuki Reload Burst follows the familiar path. Loosely based on “Journey to the West”, the series follows Son Goku, Sanzo, Gojyo and Hakkai as they’ve reached the end of their long and treacherous journey when they finally arrives in India, a land where the anomaly’s influence runs rampant. The battles that lie ahead promise more bloodshed and danger, but they must rise to save the world and stop the resurrection of the Ox Demon King, Gyumaoh. Saiyuki Reload Burst airs Mondays at 4pm EST.

The series takes place in a world that took a different path of evolution from the world we know, resulting in humans evolving into various races resembling mythological creatures, such as centaurs, satyrs, mermaids, and demons. The story largely focuses around a centaur girl named Himeno Kimihara, as she goes about her daily life with her friends and family. New episodes air Mondays at 4pm EST.
