SO about a week ago, the news of a new gaming mechanic was announced for Ultra Street Fighter 4 by Capcom. While seen as a rumor at first, it has been confirmed that all characters will have the option to hold stay on the ground to create a safer wake up.
While this option gives a lot of characters more breathing room, it also cuts the effectiveness of vortexs in half, rendering the game to a more defensive pace.
Of course, what comes with new changes is a lot of butthurt and negative opinions and this one is definitely no exception. While a good chunk of players love that the game will have more of an honest feel to it like it’s previous iterations, others feel like the lack of fifty/fifty will make the game boring and stale.
Something tells me that vortex users aren’t the only ones getting the short end of the stick with this new change. Okizeme game has to be effected as well but only time will tell. In the meantime, what do you think? Feel free to comment below.
