The popular harem drama series is getting a new lease on life! Shonen Jump revealed plans for a potential sequel to Mizuki Kawashita’s 2002-2005 series. Strawberry 100% centered on the school years of Junpei Manaka, a student and aspiring movie director, and his relationships with the girls that enter his life; Aya Toujou, an ordinary-looking glasses-wearing girl who is a gifted writer, a feisty girl named Satsuki Kitaoji, and Junpei’s childhood friend Yu Minamoto. Strawberry 100% has been adapted into a 2005 anime series and an OVA produced by Madhouse, and 14 of the 19 volumes were published in English by Viz Media. The new series is planned to premiere in Shonen Jump Giga.
