Many of us fans who were expecting to see Stan Lee on screen one more time can rejoice. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed during Marvel’s red carpet premiere of Captain Marvel that Stan the Man will be making one more cameo beyond Captain Marvel. Regarding Stan Lee cameos, Feige said that, “It became a national holiday when he was around on set, up through this movie and an upcoming one as well.”
Kevin was not specific which movie Stan will appear in, whether it is “Avengers: Endgame” or “Spider-Man: Far From Home”, but most fans would expect him to be in “Endgame” since the film is the culmination of the 21-film series. Regardless of which film it is, just seeing Stan Lee pop up in a Marvel film with that wonderful smile of his is enough for us.
Stan Lee passed away on November 12, 2018 at age 95. He has appeared in every film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man in 2008. He – along with Jack Kirby – has created numerous popular fictional characters, including superheroes Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, Daredevil, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch and Ant-Man. Stan has also appeared in “Big Hero 6” and most recently in the PlayStation 4 exclusive “Spider-Man” video game.
