We heard about it before hand and now it’s here! Capcom shows the story mode for their latest title in the long running crossover series. Unlike previous entries, Marvel vs Capcom Infinite will have more emphasis on storyline. Ultron and Sigma have formed an alliance where they join into one entity and merge the worlds of Capcom and Marvel together. Heroes and villains from both world must join forces to stop them. Right away, the game looks polished and the characters standout beautifully. Well, almost. If I may, I am not to keen on Chun-Li’s facial design. She doesn’t really resemble her appearance in Street Fighter V. But other than that, I’m happy to see my favorite characters return for another round. As you can see, the roster has changed and a lot of familiar faces are not present. Due to Disney acquiring Marvel in 2012, Capcom lost the ability to use X-Men and Fantastic Four related characters, thus many of those featured in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite are from Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy. Still though, I like the list they have now and, judging by the trailer, Capcom looks to not disappoint.
Marvel vs Capcom Infinite is set for September 19, 2017!
