Get ready for more drop kicking comedy! Dropkick on My Devil (Jashin-chan Dropkick) will be holding a mini exhibition for the anime in the Marui department stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka in June through August and that the anime itself will be returning in 2020 for a second season. The exhibition will feature production materials from the first season anime, original artwork and screen some of the material for the second season. The screening varies by location.
The comedy manga written and illustrated by Yukiwo focuses on college student Yurine Hanazono who summons the serpent woman Jashin from Hell. Unable to go back to Hell by herself, Jashin spends each day unsuccessfully trying to kill Yurine while simultaneously spending time with her and various acquaintances from Heaven and Hell. The manga is serialized on Flex Comix’s Comic Meteor web magazine which began in 2012. The anime adaption by Nomad air on Buji TV between July and September 2018 with a bonus episode that aired in October 2018. Amazon Prime Video is streaming the anime both inside and outside of Japan.
