Could Bomb Rush Cyberfunk be the successor to Jet Set Radio?!

How’s it going, J1 Fans! So, how many of us have been itching for the return of Jet Set Radio?

Bad news: Sega doesn’t seem to be impatient about reviving the rollerbladin’, walltaggin’ series anytime soon even in the midst of other companies such as Insomniac and Naughty Dog reviving their classic titles.

Good news: Developer Team Reptile has a title in the works the is clearly inspired by popular series with their title Bomb Rush Cyberfunk. What’s even more is that the soundtrack is composed by Hideki Naganuma who composed Jet Set Radio’s electrifying, rockin’ rollin’, techno pounding soundtrack.

The game is set for a PC release in 2021.

Team Reptile brings you Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, 1 second per second of highly advanced funkstyle. In a world from the mind of Dion Koster, where self-styled crews are equipped with personal boostpacks, new heights of graffiti are reached. Start your own cypher and dance, paint, trick, face off with the cops and stake your claim to the extrusions and cavities of a sprawling metropolis in an alternate future set to the musical brainwaves of Hideki Naganuma.
