Netflix reveals visual and crew for Dragon’s Dogma anime – premieres September 2020

Netflix continues to roll out new anime in spite of the ongoing worldwide crisis, which is a good thing. The streaming network’s newest entry is Dragon’s Dogma, based on the classic Capcom RPG. Netflix has revealed the series first key visual, four stills and the crew working on it. Dragon’s Dogma will premiere exclusively on Netflix on September 17.

Shin’ya Sugai (009 Re:CyborgWalking Meat) is directing and producing the anime at Sublimation. Netflix’s Taiki Sakurai (Cannon Busters) is the executive producer. CAPCOM’s Hiroyuki Kobayashi (supervisor for Devil May Cry, Sengoku Basara – Samurai Kings) and Takashi Kitahara (production committee for Rockman.EXE: Hikari to Yami no Program, production supervision for Resident Evil: Damnation) are co-producers. Kurasumi Sunayama (Yowamushi Pedal, Cardfight!! Vanguard) is writing the script. Iku Nishimura (animation director for Ghost in the Shell Arise, Eden of the East) is designing the characters.
