Japanese artist T.M. Revolution is coming to Otakuthon in Montreal. The convention made the announcement on Tuesday and those who purchased premium badges for the day will be given a premium poster and access to an autograph session for T.M. Revolution.
Before assuming the name T.M. Revolution, Takanori Ishikawa performed under the name Haine from 1989 to 1993 before becoming a solo artist, making his debut with the single “Dokusai –monopolize” in 1996. T.M. Revolution has had a string of hit theme songs for anime including Bleach the Movie: Hell Verse, Sengoku Basara Two, D.Gray-man, Darker than Black, Rurouni Kenshin, and Soul Eater.
The convention will take place from August 16 to 18 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Other Japanese guests at the event include FAKY, Marina Inoue, MIYAVI, Rica Matsumoto, and Yoshihisa Hirano.
